Our collaboration with Baby Blues BBQ of University City, Philadelphia, produces a sweet and spicy jerky smothered (and covered) in Baby Blues’ Sweet Kick BBQ, their signature house sauce that features a diabolical blend of chipotle, habanero, cayenne, and serrano peppers.
