This 10g (2.5mm) stainless steel surface barbell comes in several lengths, from 1/2 (13mm) through 1 (25mm). All barbell sizes come with 6mm stainless steel balls which both unscrew. The surface barbell has a 5.5mm rise and external 1.6mm threading on each end.
